SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Processing

Once we receive your order please allow 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup in our system.

2. Purchasing

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. Desi Minimals offers the following shipping methods:

Prepaid -
Standard Shipping (Free) :  4-8 business days
Cash On Delivery - ₹100

 

3. Shipping

Please allow 4 - 8 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Desi Minimals is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.   


4. Exchanges & Returns

- Returns will be considered up to 14 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please head to our Returns/Exchange Portal in order to place a return/exchange request.


1. Exchanges

In this case, create an exchange request on the Exchange/Return Portal. We will initiate a reverse pick-up for your order. Once the items reach our facility and have passed quality check, the exchanged item in your preferred size will be dispatched from our facility.

Please Note - Items once exchanged, cannot be exchanged again.

2. Returns

In this case, a reverse pickup will be initiated and the products will be picked up from your location. Once the items have passed quality check, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credits. Please note that for all Cash On Delivery Orders (Standard and/or Express) the refund initiated will be in the form of store credits only (deduction as applicable). Restocking and transportation charges of Rs.100 will be deducted. Refunds to payment method can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Refund to store credits are instant.


- All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please raise a return request within 3 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame.

Important Notice for Bundled Purchases:

To maintain the integrity of our bundled products, we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges for items bought in bundles:

Returns:

  • Whole Bundle Return: If you wish to return any item purchased as part of a bundle, you must return the entire bundle. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately. This helps us manage our inventory and maintain the quality and value of our bundled offerings.

Exchanges:

  • Partial Bundle Exchange: We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange one or more items from a bundle without returning the entire bundle. Therefore, you are allowed to exchange individual items within a bundle. For example, if you purchased a bundle containing three items and wish to exchange one or two of them, you may do so without the need to return the entire bundle. Please follow our standard exchange process for these items.


- Products purchased on "SALE" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

- Headwear and accessories cannot be returned.

If your item is faulty, incorrect or not delivered, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receiving the package. We cannot issue any refunds/provide assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases. 5. Cancellations

In case you have placed an order and want to cancel it, kindly send us an email at wecare@desiminimals.com mentioning your order ID and the name with which the order was placed. Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.100 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email.
